If you prefer a more private and cosy Oktoberfest atmosphere, the Glöckle-Wirt is the perfectly right place to be. The smallest tent at the »Wiesn,« (as the Bavarians call the Oktoberfest) provides comfortable ambience and tremendous fun combined with exquisite local and international dishes.
The result: an experience of real traditional Oktoberfest fun, authentic »Wiesn« atmosphere and mouth-watering culinary treats – far away from the noisy masses and often hectic commotion in the large and crowded Oktoberfest tents.
The landlord, Hanns-Werner Glöckle, invested a lot of time and resources in decorating the walls and ceilings of his tent with antique brass instruments, sleighs, climbs, kitchen utensils, mugs – and real oil paintings, making the smallest of all »Wiesn« tents a true eye catcher and an unforgettable sight.
It is therefore no coincidence that German celebrities regularly visit the ingenuously furnished Glöckle pavilion, enjoying live music, delicate meals and the most traditional Oktoberfest »Gaudi«.
